CPI has the capability to meet your specifications for any type of automated process for a variety of applications and industries. We can build control panels from your supplied drawing packages and bills of material. Our electrical project managers will follow the progress of each panel from the original application process meetings, through the bidding proposal, and concluding with the fabrication process making changes when necessary to accommodate the final wishes of the end customer. We can also rebuild your current panels to today's standards and make modifications to meet your current production needs. Each CPI panel is custom built to NEC standards and can be UL labeled by our licensed facility. Panels are wired for easy terminal block field connectivity. All panels are powered up and tested point to point to assure a worry free start-up at the job site facility. A complete set of as-built drawings are available as an option. All panels are assembled by Union panel builders thoroughly trained in every facet of production from sub-panel to door layout and qualified for thorough and safe wiring per code. Panels are painted under the same roof to your exact requirement to match your current panels. Nameplates are also made in-house on our state of the art engraving machine. Wire tags and terminal markers are computer printed for a professional clean appearance.
